In P6/7 maths we have all been looking at algebra. This week we have come to the end of our focus on it and it is time to complete a little summative assessment task. Many of the children have enjoyed grappling with maths that can seem abstract but is very useful in a variety of contexts. Over the unit we have worked collaboratively in groups and pairs, individually and as a class. We have presented our work in jotter work, orally, on the class whiteboard and on the iPad.
It has been a really interesting unit.
