IPad Band

Today we were learning an old traditional Scottish lullaby called 'Time to Be Sleeping'. It was written about the highlanders who were removed from their crofts and lands during the clearances. We have been learning it as part of our 'How Important is My Home?' topic. We were thinking of what it must feel like to lose your home. This is a very sad little lullaby with a beautiful tune. We have been learning it on our iPads. This is a wee taster after only a half hour or so of practice.
