The colours around our school are truly beautiful just now as autumn fades slowly into winter. This afternoon we went a short walk around the local area to look at some of the sights of autumn. Then we returned to the warmth of the classroom to discuss the colours and shapes, particularly of the trees we had seen.
The children then began a 'Brushes' painting which will look at the way that colour brightens our lives and contrast natural colours and man made environments.
We will showcase the results here soon.
